Darren Auld – Managing Director (Finance Specialist)
Darren began his career in 2014 at a small finance brokerage in Northern Ireland. There, he developed a strong foundation in business finance. In 2019, he moved to Greece to broaden his horizons while pursuing his Commercial Pilot’s Licence. However, his passion for finance and problem-solving brought him back to the industry in 2021. Now, he works closely with businesses across the UK and Ireland.
Darren specialises in helping business owners access the right finance solutions. These solutions improve efficiency, support growth, and release capital for key projects. He takes pride in finding tailored financial strategies. These strategies empower businesses to thrive, whether it’s funding for new equipment, expansion, or streamlining cash flow. His approach is built on trust, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face.
When he’s not working, Darren can be found trail running along the rugged trails of the North Coast of Ireland. He also mountain bikes in the local mountains. He enjoys the challenge and adventure that comes with the great outdoors. This mindset also helps him find the best financial solutions for his clients.
Neil McLeese – Director
Neil is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors in the UK and Ireland. He began his career as an HR professional in the manufacturing and construction sectors and is now the CEO and co-founder of BeyondHR, a business support advisory firm. In this role, Neil is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and business development.
In addition to his professional work, Neil has held directorships at several charities and was an active committee member of the Northern Ireland branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
As a Director of Leaf Asset Finance, Neil supports the company’s strategic direction, marketing, and business development.
Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, whether on a golf course, hiking through the mountains, or relaxing on a beach with his family.
